1.Communication Skills:
Use for interacting with employees, managers communication, speak confidently. Clear communication helps in recruiting, conflict resolution, and policy enforcement.
As a Student: Join clubs, participate in group projects, practice writing reports & emails
As a Worker: Practice clear communication in meetings, work on improving written communication for reports and emails.
Job Seeker: Take online courses in communication & attend workshops.

2.Interpersonal Skills:
Building strong relationships and managing diverse personalities within the organization. Empathy and active listening are crucial for employee engagement.
As a Student: Engage with classmates, practice active listening, and volunteer in student-led events. Building empathic relationship with students.

As a Worker: Try to understand different perspectives during team projects and help colleagues where possible to build positive relationships.
Job Seeker: Network with other job seekers or attend events to improve interpersonal skills and learn how to interact with people of different backgrounds








3.Decision-Making and Problem-Solving:

5.Negotiation Skills:
Useful for managing contracts, salary negotiations, and resolving disputes. Basically in this skill it see that how much effectively you deal
As a Student: Participate in mock negotiation activities or practice debate skills in clubs.

As a Worker: Take on roles that involve negotiating with clients, or internal teams to practice your skills.
Job Seeker: Practice negotiation in salary discussions. Courses in negotiation, such as those on Coursera or Udemy app.


6.Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance:
HR managers in India must be familiar with laws like the Factory Act, ESI, and PF.
As a Student: Study HR or business law subjects, and read about labor laws specific to your country, like the Factory Act and PF in India.
