THE MONDAY MACK - A CHANGE OF LIFESTYLE FOR THE BETTER EPISODE 28
Lifestyle Changes - usually do 3-4 gigs a week but I’ve cut it down significantly. I am only playing the venues I enjoy to play - more background music based and laidback efforts.
I stopped booking in gigs for a “night out” town centre daft gigs and am concentrating on small er venues
Gigging drinking gigging drinking takes it out of you and with that comes takeaways and convenience that’s are not good for you!
Here is a little blog explain this.
However - A couple of venues I will still have a few pints but certainly not as much as previously - and EVERY MONDAY MORNING MEANS GYM!! And Saturdays 1000 calorie sessions
