Failed my first dental practical 😭 . The first photo is the prepared tooth that failed. This tooth failed because I did not have enough lingual clearance. The second photo is the tooth that passed after re-taking the practical again 🥳 . It sucks when you fail, but it is part of the process, it's the growing process to become the best dentist that I can possibly become. Failing this practical sucked, but I am happy because it helped grow my hand skills even further, even beyond! (It's over 9,000 !!!!!) (it's an anime meme if you don't get my reference hahahhaa). Making this post for myself and to show others that it's not just about succeeding with every dental procedure, it's also about learning and improving from your fails, this is when you learn the most. Thank you for following my dental journey and many more youtube videos to come. I will be a lot more consistent hopefully 7 months from now when I am in my third year of dental school. 🦷
