Brothers Dave and Rich, and Dave's son, Caleb, renovate homes along with the help of many family members. Projects are typically on a large scale and most of the work is done without hiring outside contractors.
We post video series that follow a home renovation from start to finish. The first series was called "House Fire Flip" and shows the complete rehab of a home that was severely damaged in a furnace explosion. Currently we are posting "The Golf Course House Flip" series, which shows reno of an upsale house on a private golf course. Our next video series, "The Lake House Flip", shows the remodeling of a 6,000 square foot lake house.
We also post home renovation "how to" videos. We believe that anyone can build wealth by doing projects themselves.

Greetings, we had a crazy situation in a home we renovated that had been destroyed by a fire. We ultimately got that home to be in almost new condition, but that was 13 years ago. Since then the chimney had been pulling away gradually from the house, like the Leaning Tower of Pisa!
We previously posted a video where we took down from the upper half of the chimney so it wouldn't be a danger.
After that we had to figure out how to make the chimney look presentable. We built a frame around the existing chimney and then added siding around this frame.
A big effort, but as most DIY projects go, saved us a ton of money. Check out the video!

Our family renovated a 6,000 square foot lake house which is now a vacation rental property. This weekend Hurricane Helene passed through and toppled a Beech tree that was over a hundred years old right on top of our renters' vehicles. One car is pretty much destroyed, hopefully the other can be salvaged. Check out the short!
