Soyuz Composite Agro is an engineering company specializing in the restoration of agricultural machinery using innovative technological developments.
Production in the company is divided into several directions.
1) Repairs of agricultural machinery,
2) Spare parts production ,
3) Complex mechanisms for sowing and tillage machinery.
Production capacities:
- Metal preparation (Welding, cutting, shot blasting)
- Metalworking. A fleet of CNC milling and turning machines.
- Polymer products. Casting of composite polymer bushings and manufacturing of other spare parts from engineering and structural polymers.
- Spare parts and components made of metals, alloys, and composites;
- Hydraulic equipment workshop.
In 2014, we successfully conducted an experiment installing composite polymer components in agricultural machinery assemblies. A seeding complex with these components set a Ukrainian record for the largest area (17,251 hectares) sown without any maintenance of the assemblies.
