Heavenly Father, we thank You for the gift of our children and the blessing of a new school year. We ask that You cover them with Your protection each day—guarding their hearts, minds, and bodies from harm. Give them wisdom to learn, courage to stand for what is right, and kindness to show Your love to others. Surround them with good friends, caring teachers, and a safe environment. Let their identity be rooted in Christ, and may they shine as lights in their classrooms. Strengthen us as parents, family, and community to guide and encourage them in every step. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Our hearts are heavy as we lift up the victims of the recent flooding in Kerr County. We pray for comfort for the families who have lost loved ones, for healing for those injured, and for strength and protection for all those affected.

We also stand in prayer for the first responders, volunteers, and community leaders working tirelessly in the aftermath of this tragedy. May God’s peace, provision, and presence be with them.

Let us come together as the body of Christ and intercede for our brothers and sisters in Kerr County. 🤍
