Hey guys!

So I bet many of you are wondering where I have been over the past few months. The last video I made was the Superman review and since then it has been silent on the channel. And the reason I haven't been active is because I've just started a new job & all my focus has been on that for the past few months. But equally, there hasn't really been too much I've wanted to talk about.

I didn't love Superman but I liked it. It just wasn't enough for me to go "wow I want to talk about this so much". I just haven't had that desire to talk more about the movie or the DCU. Peacemaker isn't my kind of thing either. Also the negativity in the DC fandom is exhausting. Stepping away from twitter was a real eye opener into how much negativity there is in that space & since I stepped away, I never really missed being on there. And that is where I get all the DC news from, so logging out of there has meant I just haven't kept up to date with DC news.

On YouTube however, I love this community I have and I've genuinely missed you all! But I don't have as much time to make videos anymore unfortunately.

But in all honesty I do miss making videos & talking to you guys. If there was a way I could make them with far less editing effort, & just needed to talk over it & then release it, then I'd love to do that because it's the editing that takes all that time.

Maybe I will come back if I can work out a system. I've been out of the DC loop for a few months so I actually don't really know what's been going on. But I think I'm gonna get more invested again. All I will say is, stay posted on here, because hopefully I should be back at some point in the near future, to kick start this channel!

Thinking I'm gonna redo Episode 97 of The Road to Superman. I needed to spend more time thinking about the THR article information before putting it into a video & checking through the video for mistakes. I had a hectic day at work yesterday & honestly rushed to get that video out for you guys but it's not the quality I strive for so I shouldn't have published it.

Even if I take a day extra to ensure the information is accurate & the video is properly edited, that is 100% worth it over releasing a video with mistakes. Really sorry guys for yesterdays video & I will try to do better in the future.

Okay, so it’s pretty clear you guys want more “Road To” web series for the upcoming DCU projects — and I’m honestly really excited to make that happen.

Here’s what I’m thinking: once the #Superman movie releases, I’ll officially launch a full lineup of Road To web series. That means you’ll get a Road to Woman of Tomorrow, Road to Lanterns, and even a Road to The Brave and the Bold.

And as new #DCU projects are announced, I’ll continue adding new series to the channel. Some might have shorter or less frequent episodes if news is slow, but this way, you’ll be able to follow each major DCU project from announcement to release — just like you’ve been doing with The Road to Superman.

The goal is to give you that same feeling of being on the journey — project by project — and build that hype together.

Before the #Superman trailer comes out, I just wanted to thank everyone who has supported the Road to Superman web series. It was made out of pure hope that the movie would be good & seeing other fans equally as excited has been really special. It's been a long journey but I hope one that is worth it. Now we are less than 10 hours away from the full trailer coming out and I can't wait!

So #DC fans, let's treasure today! It's going to be really special :)
