Nothing went the way we planned it! This video will be for 9:30 am Sunday (tomorrow!) and we get to dive deeper into demolishing the bus. It is a very wierd feeling to continue to take things apart, without ever putting anything back together! That is coming, although not very soon.
I look forward to this next portion of the bus demo! I can see the fun part on the horizon.

Happy Canadian Thanksgiving Weekend!!
Tomorrow morning the second welding video is coming out at 9:30 am. I currently have it out for channel members (which is free atm!) so that I can start to get familiar with the members section.
I hope you have good food planned for your weekend! I cannot wait to eat at my moms house. The food is always delicious and the pie....oh my. lol. We all love the pie. My mom does squash instead of pumpkin pie and I am now spoiled for life. It freaks a lot of people out to hear squash and pie together but it's just a milder version of pumpkin so no need to be afraid. If there are any other squash pie people out there you'll have to comment and let me know you exist. It's specifically hubbard squash, which is a massive, difficult to cut squash (well worth the trouble! lol). I will post pics on my instagram page!

Two things have happened on the bus since my last video. The first is that we took out the driver's seat. We will replace that eventually.
The second is that 99.9% of the holes are filled (I see some that need another patch) AND 50% of the big cut outs are covered. I am not totally happy with the job I did so I will go around fixing up the next time I get there. But it's a start and a few more days and that part should be complete.
People keep asking what's next?!
Well, painting the floor and sealing my patch work is what's on the agenda next. I'd like to get the batteries back in so I can start the bus and make sure it keeps running!

Hello everyone!!
Just a quick note to let you know I don't have a bus video this week. I have been trying so hard to get the welding atleast mostly done, and it is moving soooooooo sssssslllloooooowwwwwww.....
Bryan keeps laughing at me because I keep bouncing between, "I'm doing a horrible job" to " I think I got this!" and back and forth over and over again.
It's too hot, it's too cold, good grief.

But we did manage a trip to Spirit Halloween, so that video will be out in the morning at 9:30 am.

Tomorrow morning at 10:30am, day 12 and 13 will be up!
I'm going to be honest with you, there is so much to do that I bounce around between projects because they are all overwhelming. We were lucky enough to have Owen home (our middle son) who has some experience welding. So we got started on that, while also degreasing, and just digging all the old mud off the underside.
I'm learning some tough lessons in automotive painting, which I'll address in another video. It's ALL new to us!
