I'm thrilled to have finally completed my MSc in Engineering Management! This journey began in late 2021, when I decided to pursue further studies while continuing to work full-time. With almost a decade of experience in the semiconductor industry, I realized my passion lay in understanding and managing the business side of things. Therefore, joining the University of Leeds’s MSc in Engineering Management program was a natural fit for me.

However, completing the course wasn't as straightforward as I anticipated. I faced numerous challenges, both personally and professionally. Balancing work and studies were demanding, leaving me little time for leisure activities and requiring immense motivation to study alone. The coursework often spilled over into weekends, and like most students, I too struggled with the famous Students Syndrome, which didn't make things easier!

Despite these hurdles, I'm delighted to have persevered and learned a great deal about management and business. I'm particularly proud to have completed my final year project in collaboration with the company I work for and graduated with merit. I'm grateful to my professors and well-wishers, who understood my situation and provided encouragement and motivation throughout my journey.

I'm thankful to my family and close friends, without whom I wouldn't have achieved this milestone. Thank you all for your support!

With over 12 years of experience in the semiconductor industry and a MSc in Engineering Management, I'm excited to embark on a more challenging and rewarding career path. As I conclude this chapter, I feel a sense of pride and a desire to continue learning. Who knows? Maybe another Master's or PhD is in the cards!
