AI Web Scale
Are you constantly refunding angry customers because your website sold an item that was already out of stock in your warehouse?
The problem isn't your warehouse; it's your website's architecture.
Traditional SaaS platforms (like Shopify or Cloudcart) use "polling" to pull inventory data on a delay. In this video, we break down exactly why this 30-minute time gap causes you to oversell inventory and damage your brand.
Then, we show you the solution: A custom Headless Next.js architecture. By using real-time API Webhooks, your warehouse instantly "pushes" stock updates to your Next.js frontend in milliseconds. Zero time gaps. Zero overselling.
👇 Are you tired of manual refunds and inventory nightmares? Drop your URL in the comments, and I'll show you how a Headless Next.js migration can permanently fix your sync issues.

AI Web Scale
💸 A $200 project that quietly taught us one of the most expensive lessons in our journey.
A client approached us to build a news agency website.
Quick call. Friendly conversation. Verbal agreement. Done.
No contract. No written scope. Just trust.
The budget was $200.
He shared a reference — a massive, BBC-level news platform.
We approached it strategically. Based on the budget, we assumed he wanted a simplified version inspired by the reference — clean, functional, and scalable.
We built it. Delivered it.
And then came the response:
🗣️ “I need it exactly like the reference.”
That’s when reality hit.
No written scope.
No defined features.
No documented expectations.
And since we had verbally agreed to “build it,” we had no solid ground to push back.
So we did it.
We rebuilt. Adjusted. Matched expectations. Delivered exactly what he wanted — far beyond what $200 should cover.
He got the result.
We got experience… and a lesson we won’t forget.
🧬 A contract isn’t just paperwork. It’s protection.
If we had a simple agreement in place:
✔️ Scope would be clearly defined
✔️ “Reference” would mean direction, not duplication
✔️ Pricing would match the actual workload
✔️ Time and effort would be protected
Now, as a team working across development and AI-driven solutions, one rule is non-negotiable:
No contract = No project.
Because clarity is not optional in professional work — it’s foundational.
If you're a freelancer, developer, or agency owner, don’t rely on assumptions.
Define everything. Write it down. Protect your work.
A short agreement can save you weeks of unpaid effort.
Have you faced something similar? Curious to hear your experience 👇
