Hello my friend! My name is Liz and I am a vocal coach, singer/songwriter and performer with muscle tension dysphonia.

In 2025 one of my top goals is to be more consistent with my youtube community! I figured this topic would be a good one to start on. I put together my top tools for singers managing MTD, and included a guided meditation towards the end.
