I am issuing this statement to address and clarify a series of distressing events involving false accusations directed at my professional integrity and my music career.

Recently, a former associate—whom I previously considered a close friend—has made malicious claims regarding the legitimacy of my Spotify streaming numbers, specifically accusing me of using "bots."

I want to be absolutely clear, These accusations are entirely false, unfounded, and are defamation.

Verification and Professional Integrity.

My growth as an artist is the result of tireless networking and a rigorous submission process. To ensure the integrity of my work.

I manually apply for playlist placements, these are curated by individuals who judge my music on its quality and fit.
I use my distribution service to Pitch my music to creators.

I personally vet every playlist through multiple third-party "bot-checker" tools before engagement.

I maintain a comprehensive paper trail, including screenshots and email correspondence with playlist curators, proving my commitment to organic growth.

Transparency and Artistry

I have always been transparent about my creative process. While I utilize AI vocal technology—a common practice in modern production and demo-tracking—every composition, lyric, arrangement, and production choice is my own creation.

I am a self-taught artist working 60+ hours a week.
My recent milestones, including reaching over 3,000 monthly listeners and success in songwriting competitions, are the direct result of that labor.

The Impact of Defamation.

These false reports are not just a personal attack, they are a threat to my livelihood.

Malicious reporting can result in the loss of royalties and the removal of my catalog from distribution.

Furthermore, as a two-time cancer survivor, I manage chronic health challenges daily.

Music is my career and my lifeline.
To have someone weaponize "mental health" advocacy publicly while privately attempting to dismantle my hard-earned progress is a hypocrisy I cannot ignore.

Moving Forward

I have already proactively contacted Spotify and my Distribution Label to provide them with the evidence of my legitimate practices.

I will not be bullied, and I will not be a victim.

I am prepared to seek legal counsel should these defamatory actions continue.

I want to thank my genuine supporters and the connections I’ve made who see the "blood, sweat, and tears" behind my musical projects.

I choose to lead by example, stand my ground, and let the music and the genuine results speak for themselves.

I'm looking forward to you hearing my up and coming content, it's been 7 months hard labour, and now it's time to release it to the World.

For the recent support I wanted to say, Thank you.

I just want to say Thank You to anyone who's Streamed or Downloaded My Fresh Releases this week.

PURE! a EDM Britney Inspired song that will certainly get you dancing along.

Ghost In The Back Seat, A Dark-POP song in honour of a school friend I lost in a car accident.

Both very different to my usual style and that's part of being an Artist to push yourself and try something new and I don't regret it at all, I love creating new styles, new sounds and new Music that still reflects my Song Writing and Production Quality, which I believe to be to a high standard.
