Someone you love is sinning. What should you do?

Shaming them, insulting them, or treating them as hopeless may only push them further away from Allah.

Islam teaches us a better way:

1️⃣ Thank Allah for guiding you—and never feel superior.
2️⃣ Ask Allah to keep your own heart firm.
3️⃣ Make sincere du‘a for them.
4️⃣ Advise them gently and with wisdom.

You do not know what someone is going through, and guidance belongs entirely to Allah. Be the person who helps them return—not the person who makes them believe they are beyond forgiveness.

Who is the best person to perform Ruqyah for you?

Look in the mirror.

You can perform authentic Ruqyah on yourself using the words of Allah and the du‘as taught by the Prophet ﷺ.

Recite:

• Surah Al-Fatihah
• Ayat Al-Kursi
• The final two verses of Surah Al-Baqarah
• Surah Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq and An-Nas

Perform it consistently and with certainty that Allah alone grants healing. The Qur’an, medicine, doctors and hospitals are means—but the cure belongs entirely to Allah, Ash-Shafi.

Seeking medical or professional help and performing Ruqyah are not opposites. We should use the permissible means available to us while placing our complete trust in Allah.

You support your husband.
You serve your parents.

Ask yourself:

Who am I when nobody needs me?
Who am I when no one is watching?
Am I still making time for Allah?

Take twenty quiet minutes today—without your phone, chores or distractions—and spend them with Allah through Qur’an, dhikr, istighfar and du‘a.

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ هَمِّي رِضَاكَ

“O Allah, make Your pleasure my greatest concern.”

If you wake up tonight, don’t immediately return to sleep.

Remember Allah with the powerful dhikr taught by the Prophet ﷺ. Then say:

اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي
“O Allah, forgive me.”

After that, ask Allah for what is weighing upon your heart.

The Prophet ﷺ taught that the du‘a made after this remembrance will be answered—and if the person performs wudu and prays, their prayer will be accepted.

Your worries. Your family. Your health. Your debt. Your guidance. Whatever is occupying your mind—take it to Allah.

A few sincere minutes in the stillness of the night could change everything.

Want Allah to love you? These four actions could transform your relationships—and your akhirah.

Allah has promised His love to those who:

💚 Love one another for His sake.
📖 Sit together for His sake.
🏡 Visit one another for His sake.
🤲 Spend upon one another for His sake.

No personal gain. No hidden motive. No expectation of anything in return—only a sincere desire to please Allah.

Love goodness for others. Make du‘a for them in their absence. Learn the deen together. Visit them sincerely. Support them discreetly when they are struggling.

They came to the Prophet ﷺ with a worldly difficulty, but when offered the opportunity to ask for anything, they chose forgiveness.

The Prophet ﷺ then made du’a for three generations:

“O Allah, forgive the Ansar, their children, and their grandchildren.”

The Ansar were prepared to continue enduring hardship if it meant receiving something far greater for their Hereafter.
