A ShortFilm by me is out today! Happy winter solstice to all the shadow creatures! This one is quite special: a long poem in my mother language (portuguese) about the invisible, the lines, the search in the dark for myself. Why do I vlog!? At times vlogging can seem so silly, specially for creatives and artists and filmmakers - that think & overthink every second of social media as NOT art - but vlogging teached me so much this year:

- it gave me a feeling of consistency, of being present and observing my life

- made me document my work which is at times so abstract, full of invisible ideas or secrecy

- I learned to create without a plan or script just pure random boring amazing life

- it is giving me friends & partners and a creative community that makes me feel less alone

& I do have many reasons to stop vlogging or stoping to pretend that I create content, but I have reasons to still vlog as well! And I will share those reasons in my next…. V L O G
