My answer this changes day to day or depending on my mood. I was thinking the other day how amazing it would've been to see Peter Erskine in his prime playing with Weather Report. Or maybe Stewart Copeland with The Police in the 80s.
Maybe you’d pick Bonham in ‘71, laying down those thunderous grooves with Zeppelin. Or perhaps Tony Williams, pushing jazz drumming into the stratosphere. Maybe it's Travis Barker, Dave Grohl, or someone completely off the beaten path, but whoever it is, let us know below!
