Welcome to my channel, it is the most dynamic channel you will find! Here's why:

I love to empower people through information sharing, training, coaching and mentoring. I do this through my coaching company Advanced and Fulfilled Coaching Company.

I also love to help oppressed/marginalized groups find their voice. As a survivor of sexual abuse and mental illness, I loan to voice to those yet to find theirs by undoing the culture of silence that makes the menace of sexual violence thrive.

On here, you will enjoy videos that speak to both- it may seem like I have two personalities, its the same me with various expressions. On here, my passion and vocation meet each other to create transformative experiences for all who visit.

This one is for the boys.

In a time where identity is often unclear, pressure is high, and direction is not always obvious…
many young men are left trying to figure it out on their own.

So we are creating a space to change that.

Boy, You Matter- STAND is a conference for the next generation of men (ages 13–18) — designed to help young men be grounded, challenged, and built.

Not through lectures…
but through real conversations, mentorship, and truth.

A space where they can:
* understand who they are
* build discipline and confidence
* learn how to handle pressure and emotions
* develop healthy relationships
* begin to walk in purpose

Because becoming a man does not happen by accident.

What is your LEGACY?!

Is it too creepy to think about your own obituary? Actually, yes it is! But dare to and see what happens inside of you.

I did and it revolutionized how I show up (not perfectly, but better aligned).

At one point or the other, we will all exit this world. The question is beyond what you leave behind, what will generations choose to carry forward because of you?! Because you lived?!

Let me leave you with the words of Peter Strople- "Legacy is not leaving something for people. It’s leaving something in people"

What are you leaving in people? This doesn't start when you are 'older'. Believe it or not, we are already shaping a legacy by the way we live from the moment we gain consciousness as humans.

The thought of how our existence would/might shape this world after we are gone creates a certain intentionality and purposefulness to how we live, choices we make and the aspirations we pursue.

A Legacy minded person knows that legacy is in the everyday things we do, the deposits of love, value, compassion, impact and influence we make in the lives of others and this is a daily occurrence.

So what does Legacy mean to you and how are you living it out? Share in the comments!

Someone who's willing to believe the worst about you at the first error, never believed the best about you to begin with. They saw an opportunity to justify their worst thoughts about you and took it. Especially if you take measures to rectify, reconcile, or course correct and you're met with cold shoulders.

Such an experience can be truly hurtful because you have to wonder, where's the benefit of doubt?

That said, acknowledge your error, apologize, forgive, and release them from your heart.

Never let such an experience or any offense, for that matter, make your heart hardened. And as for you, it continue to believe the best about others.

Remember, Love believes the best about others. 1 Cor 13:7 (AMP)

As women we often hear "you cannot have it all" or that "you can never have a 'balanced' life". But what does all that truly mean?

What if instead of constantly feeling like we are chasing shadows, we focus on being the Holistic persons we were created to be and enjoy the process?

And that is what this Virtual Conference is about. So Ladies, we saved the best women event for last! 😁

I founded LadiesArise as a book club during COVID to help women who want to build reading habits. It has since then been evolving to more and I am glad to present to you our first virtual conference. Our vision is to help women live intentional, purposeful and holistic lives.

Our panel members have been selected carefully to engage us in an enriching and empowering conversation on how to do just that! This is a free event, but registration is required. Save your seat by scanning the QR code or use this link- us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/JaHAVVslShiIyYtbv…

Be sure to invite a sister. I look forward to seeing you in 5 DAYS!

PS: This is saddled in Christian faith values, and we will pray, and reference the Bible. Not to deter anyone, all are welcome, just in full transparency. 🥰

Share with a sister who needs to be part of this.

Today, we celebrate International Women’s Day (IWD)—a day to recognize the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women while acknowledging the work still needed to achieve true gender equality.

🔹 Why does this matter?

Despite progress, the numbers speak for themselves:

👉 Economic Disparity: Women globally earn 20% less than men on average, and the gender pay gap could take 132 years to close at the current rate, according to World Economic Forum @worldeconomicforum

👉 Leadership & Representation: According to the @unitednations United Nations, Women hold only 32% of senior leadership roles worldwide, and only 26% of parliamentary seats are occupied by women.

👉 Unpaid Labour: Women perform 76.2% of unpaid care work, including child-rearing and elder care—work that is undervalued yet essential to economies. (International Labour Organization)

👉 Workplace Barriers: In Canada, newcomer women—especially those from racialized backgrounds—face higher unemployment rates and lower wages than their male or Canadian-born counterparts, @statcan_eng

Gender equality isn’t just about fairness—it’s economic growth, innovation, and stronger communities. When women succeed, everyone benefits.

Let’s challenge biases, advocate for policy changes, and create spaces where women and girls can thrive.

To every woman reading this:
🦸‍♀️ You are powerful. You are capable.
✅ You are deserving of every opportunity.
📢 Your dreams are valid, and your voice matters.

Whether you are breaking barriers, raising the next generation, leading in boardrooms, or carving your own path—you are enough!

Keep pushing. Keep showing up. Keep being unstoppable.

Who is a woman that has inspired you? Tag her and show your appreciation!
