- Pullups: 18+ without touching the ground
- Marksmanship: 90% accuracy
- Obstacle Course: quick completion of a demanding course
- First Aid and Battlefield Medicine: strong knowledge of emergency care
- Mental Resilience: high scores in psychological and leadership assessments
- Flawlwss disciplinary record and strong leadership skills
- Complete a rapid 10km march with full gear(25kg) within 2 hours and 10 minutes
- Complete a 5km speed march with individual gear(15kg) within 40 minutes
- Perform 20 leg tucks, complete 2 circuit excercise in the fieled within 2 minutes and 15 seconds, and run 240 meters within 1 minute and 2 seconds.
