There will be no new video this week, but I’m excited to say we celebrated my sons 1st birthday this weekend. This time last year is also when I started thinking of making home gym workout videos due to being a new parent. I’m glad I did!

Looking at the subscriber count (3,922) I wanna thank you for taking time out of your day to watch the videos and I hope you get to enjoy moments like these with your friends and family. It’s the reason we exercise and continue to live a healthy able body life 🤗😊

Hay all! I’m taking a little break from YouTube as I focus on the upcoming weeks for my wedding. I’m definitely still working out so I can stay attractive enough for her to say I do 😂💀; but seriously though I hope you all continue to stay consistent with the workouts.

There’s a couple video requests I received from some of y’all and you can expect those in July. I will also have more free time to chat with anyone on the phone who may need help planning their workouts.

Taking your fitness journey to the next level is as easy as keeping track of the workouts you do. for those of you who aren't using a workout app i've done my part by putting together a workout tracker for you in google sheets you can copy and start filling out. mix and match how you want but just remember to let the muscle rest for 2 days. i.e. if you do chest exercises on day 1, wait until day 4 to do chest again.

fill out your program in the [workout setup] tab with the exercises, sets and reps. in the [Week #] tab is where you will fill out your weights/reps.
let me know if you need a tutorial video :). P.S people pay money for stuff like this but because i like you guys so much do me favor and subscribe if you haven't :)

if any "capable" google sheets experts are among the community and want to help out please add to the data or continue the weeks tabs or just make this better. i've added a link to my exercise list in the data tab column D. send me a email when you're done :)

Hey everyone!👋🏿

With the arrival of spring, it's the perfect time to take a step back and reassess our goals for the year. For me here on YouTube, this is a great opportunity to improve the older home gym workout videos for clarity and overall quality.

It's natural to improve and learn as we go, so I will not be posting this weekend but please take this time to also reflect on how far you’ve come and what you can improve on for your fitness goals.

I hope to provide you with a better viewing experience within my current knowledge and ability.
