Rumark Video Inc is one of the original pioneers in the field of video music education created for the home market. In 1984 we produced the first of our Learning Classical Guitar Series with Douglas Reach and in 1985 went on to create the Jazz Guitar Improvisation Series with Barney Kessel which included Jazz Guitar Improvisation, Progressive Concepts and Chord Melody Style. We are extremely proud to have been a part of what is now a world-wide phenomenon and pleased to be able to bring our lessons to the Youtube community.

Hey everyone, we have a new project on the go.
Starting in 2026 we will be presenting a Video Podcast called Hello World.
The Hello World Show will focus primarily on Musicians but also Artists, Writers and other interesting people too.
The goal is to have some great conversations and delve deeper into how each artist approaches their craft; what motivates them, inspires them and how they do what they do.
It's going to be an exciting, informative and fun show and we hope you will enjoy it as much as us.

We are starting a new phase soon (yes working on the booklets) and also sharing performances and providing accompaniment for you to sing along to the wonderful songs of Brazil.
The accompaniment videos are called "Cante Comigo" as they are meant for you to practice and sing with me. If you don't know all the words, they are easily available online. As well, you can check out my Instagram page "cante_com_mark" and create some remixes to share there.

We are back and excited to bring the complete Barney Kessel Jazz Guitar Improvisation course to YouTube as well as completing the upload of the 4 part Learning Classical Guitar Guitar Series with Douglas Reach. In the future we will look to finding a way to also bring you the PDFs that were originally included in the series as well as other new and exciting projects.
