The Universe is so intentional. I didn't get the notification for this on Sunday. I think that's because it was more needed for me TODAY. All VERY helpful reminders. There's no badge for burnout. I've had clients & followers commend me for the way that I honor my body's signs to step back. Truth is, I STILL need the reminder or I'll trap myself into over giving to people or situations that aren't doing the same. So everything she said in this short podcast episode was important to hear.

SUPER cold day for us here, so perfect time to try to make Homemade Tomato Soup with grilled cheese. The pics of the roasted tomatoes aren't mine, because I wasn't thinking of taking a pic. But it looked VERY similar to these. But the OUTCOME??!!! SHE DID THAT!!! SOOOOO GOOD! I think I used too much onion but it was delicious nonetheless!! Even my MOM liked it!😳😃 #CookingIsMeditative

Some of my FAVORITE messages to open are the ones from clients giving me updates from their previous readings that everything played out just the way you said it would in my reading. Makes my whole DAY!😊 Specifically when it was a GOOD unfolding of events!
