Hey everyone! One of our absolute favorite things about our daily walks here in our Puerto Vallarta neighborhood is the incredible abundance of fresh produce. We love stopping by the small, individual street vendors who sell everything from beautifully prepped nopales to sweet, juicy mangos. Having access to such vibrant ingredients makes whipping up fresh, plant-forward Mexican meals at home an absolute joy. We just had to share some of these colorful sights with you all today.

Founded in 2020 to help those facing severe economic hardships during the pandemic, Angel's Kitchen has spent the last few years staying true to their motto of "Serving with Love" by providing warm, nourishing meals to Vallarta's most vulnerable residents. We are so moved by their incredible community impact that we have decided to donate a portion of our YouTube earnings directly to this amazing cause!
