Bluesky has started to become fertile ground for posting behind the scenes stuff regarding my playthroughs, because I've had numerous recording sessions for Jak X end abruptly due to the game pushing me to my breaking point. In fact, I posted something of Jak X there today (1/27/2026), so, there won't be a new part for the playthrough tomorrow (1/28/2026).

I may also need to delay Part 3 of the Ape Escape 3 playthrough (which would be for 1/28/2026), since I do not have the footage for that. While I would try to get footage of it tonight (1/27/2026), I'm afraid it might end in disaster like with Jak X earlier in the same day, that, and the fact that I have been experiencing unspeakable back pain for a few days now (I've been experiencing some considerable back pain for a few years now, but this is more so than usual), and I would much rather prioritize healing that at the moment.

It is very rare that I ever bring up real life issues I experience like that, but I have to make an exception, because while I do try my best to keep up with my schedule, I'm also hiding from everyone just how much I am suffering.

Good news: I finally got all the remaining footage needed for the Ratchet: Deadlocked playthrough today (1/12/2026), so, that's one loose end from 2025 tied.
...If only I could say the same with the Jak X playthrough...I still got ways to go with that game.

I know I'm a little late to this, but, this is the first new artwork for the New Year that is 2026! And since it is the New Year, I was (somewhat) obligated to try something new regarding Ellie's design, and that's to try out a more traditional/classic design for her underwear!

Sure, it's not much, but it's the little details that bring the whole package, and keen eyed viewers who have been seeing the thumbnail artwork in my TF2 videos will have noticed that I've been making the waistband on Ellie's underwear thicker/larger, and so now I'm making it official here!

Once again, it is the little details that brings this all together, and the larger waistband will help clarify that Ellie is indeed wearing underwear for bottoms (as in the past, I've had a few people mistake her bottoms for something else), plus, the larger waistband gives me enough room to maybe add a brand name on it (fictional ones, of course), and in this case, room for my watermark.

This does beg the question, however, would anybody want Nana-Kyoto brand underwear? But a more important question is, is this small design tweak for Ellie for the better? I welcome feedback, as always.


P.S. That last image (I also include the usual black underwear and red hair alts that folks come to expect) with the gray shirt is a throwback to Ellie's 2018 design, as she started out with a gray shirt (wouldn't be until later where she adopted the iconic blue shirt design)
