I started my own career feeling confused, underqualified, and constantly told that I needed more degrees, more certifications, or more “experience” to move ahead.
Over time, I learned something important:
you don’t need to be the smartest person in the room — you need the right direction and consistent action.
I’ve worked in project and operations roles, coached people from different countries, and supported professionals who were switching careers, returning after breaks, or rebuilding their careers in a new country.
Most of them didn’t come from tech. And they still made it work.
