I’m feeling Low….Here’s how I process it.



- Identify: I observe.

Where are my thoughts going?

I used to write down all of what was going through my head.

After developing a higher self-awareness it became easier to just see where are my thoughts going.

- Isolate: Don’t Mix

I Don’t mix between two or multiple thoughts together.

It also became easier after developing a higher self-awareness.

- Evaluate:

I ask my self, is it the person that’s making me feel low? or is it the situation? or is it both?

This is where isolating my thoughts will help. For me it’s all about finding the DEEPER REASON. Usually, I come to find out it’s just the SITUATION.




- Communicate: depends on the previous input:
- If it’s the Situation and a Person, I have to decide whether my relationship with that person is important or not. As long as it’s important, I Communicate it in a way where it’s easy for them, then I let go of that situation.
- If it’s just the Situation, I will reach out to someone who I admire, someone who is living my dream life. In this case it’s my Mentor. I communicate with him what I’m feeling and why I think I’m feeling it. Usually, he guides me with a change in perspective that helps me overcome the same situation now and in the future.

- Continue pursuing my goals:

Honestly, all of this process it to get to this point as fast as possible and learn how to overcome the same issues faster in the future.
