Here are a few (secret) designs I’ve been working on recently! 💜 On this break, I’ve been balancing working on big commissions that take a lot of my time, and still being creative and taking the time to work on meaningful personal projects. ☺️ And even though I’ll be back to a more regular posting schedule in March, I can’t wait to be able to share everything I’ve been working on so far. This was such a fun session to record, and it felt extra special by the simplicity of creating a spread with graphite on paper. 🥰 It felt really appropriate to create this warm environment where we're just chatting and drawing together, so I really hope you enjoy it! 🩵
I especially loved the rendering part of these, with all of the wonderful ruffles and curls, it was so much fun! 😭💕

It's time to go to sleep... 🌙🐑 If there's a favorite part of the Holiday season for me, it's the quiet and calming feeling it gives me, when I feel like a kid again, watching Christmas movies at night and falling asleep on the couch 🥰 So what better way to celebrate that, than with an illustration that hopefully captures some of that warmth. 🕯️🩷

As someone who just loves a warm and cozy scenario, flipping that upside down and painting something cold, with new textures like ice and snow, was so much fun! 🥰 Somehow this one also ended up feeling extra lonely and bittersweet, which fit the theme so well - I love working on illustrations that fill me with all sorts of feelings inside, so this one was really special. 🌙 What do you think is her story? 👀
