It's time to go to sleep... 🌙🐑 If there's a favorite part of the Holiday season for me, it's the quiet and calming feeling it gives me, when I feel like a kid again, watching Christmas movies at night and falling asleep on the couch 🥰 So what better way to celebrate that, than with an illustration that hopefully captures some of that warmth. 🕯️🩷

As someone who just loves a warm and cozy scenario, flipping that upside down and painting something cold, with new textures like ice and snow, was so much fun! 🥰 Somehow this one also ended up feeling extra lonely and bittersweet, which fit the theme so well - I love working on illustrations that fill me with all sorts of feelings inside, so this one was really special. 🌙 What do you think is her story? 👀

This was such a magical piece to work on 🥹 I can’t stop picturing how wonderful it would be to create fabric made out of this warmth, especially now when it's so rainy and cold outside! 🩷 It reminds me of the sunlight coming through my window in the morning, warming up a little square patch of the floor, where my cat will probably lay in, all happy and cozy.
