😇For me I see it as basically a buff at this point do to her receiving so much more healing and survivability with her being able to heal your teammates for health. Plus you can now heal around 90hp/s to very low health targets if I am not mistaken which seems very strong to keep character alive especially with one shots on the leave.

I can understand the lack of movement being potentially bad for more experienced Mercy players but, I think the healing increase will keep your team alive much more reliable that you might not need to dash around as much to survive.

If you do get caught out now with the extra cooldown it seems you now can just heal the damage yourself while taking the damage and not having to worry about staying out of range to wait for your passive healing or cooldowns to come up.😇
