đ Thank you for all of your loving comments and questions on last weekâs video where I shared my love for the Catholic Church â especially its mystical tradition and deep teaching on the interior life.
I mentioned how the writings of St. Teresa of Ăvila have been a great inspiration to me. She reminds us that prayer is meant to be simple yet deep. While many of our prayers are wordy and discursive (and thatâs perfectly proper at the beginning of the spiritual walk), both St. Teresa and St. Alphonsus de Liguori teach that prayer must eventually mature into meditation. Without it, the soul risks getting stuck in its growth.
Unfortunately, many Christians shy away from meditation, believing it to be ânew ageâ or foreign to our faith. But nothing could be farther from the truth. Christianity is, at its heart, a mystical faith â its ultimate aim is union with God, not just in the next life, but here and now.
The Carmelite tradition â and St. Teresa in particular â places great emphasis on this union in this life. If you want to begin practicing Christian meditation under the guidance of the Churchâs greatest âDoctor of Prayer,â I recommend starting with this short but powerful book that beautifully illustrates the power and practice of Christian meditation.
âď¸ What are your own experiences with prayer and meditation? Have you read St. Teresa or the Carmelite doctors? Iâd love to hear your reflections below.
My Blueprint For Escaping Confusion and Creating the Life of My Dreams
You and I have more power to create our reality than we believe.
What Iâm about to share with you is not theory. Itâs the actual unfolding of the life I once only dreamed of. A life I am now living in peace and prosperity, by Godâs grace.
Back in 2004, I was newly married with a newborn baby, living in my father-in-lawâs basement. It was a cold, dreary winter.Â
I had just lost my job and was living on unemployment. To top it off, I came down with one of the worst tooth infections of my life.
I was depressed, dejected, and confused about where life was going. But I had a dream: to live in a warm climate, on my own land, earning money by helping people.
I didnât know how I would get there.
Today, I live in Florida on 42 acres. Most of my days are spent creating videos, speaking with clients, and hosting retreats at my home. It is literally everything I once imagined.
But the road here was not straight. Along the way, I:
⢠Filed bankruptcy and lost my first home in the 2008 crash ⢠Tore both biceps and my Achilles tendon ⢠Battled with addictions ⢠Struggled to provide and protect for my family And yet, there were blessings:
⢠I opened one of the first popular warehouse gyms in the country, Strength Camp ⢠I hopped on YouTube early and grew my channel to over a million subscribers ⢠I expanded my gyms worldwide ⢠I built an online business that allowed me to work from home, homeschool my kids, and be present as they grew Looking back, I see clearly: I wasnât a great businessman. I carried unconscious negative beliefs about money and sabotaged myself more than once.
But there was one thing I never gave up â faith. Faith in God. And faith in my ability to keep taking action, even when I didnât have the answers.
Through the ups and downs, I reached a peak. And then came the deepest valley.Â
Just last year, in 2024, I lost my way. My business collapsed. Everything I tried failed. I realized I had been cut off from the true source of my success.
Not because I didnât believe in God, but because I was too used to taking matters into my own hands.
Thatâs when I stopped, I slowed down, I listened to the still small voice within. And I began to rebuild, this time not from performance but from peace. Not from hustle but from holiness.
I just finished creating a new 47-page e-book that outlines my journey, along with the timeless map I discovered and the containment practices that helped me align myself once again with Godâs grace and abundance.
This book isnât filled with empty concepts. Itâs practical, concrete, and actionable.
If youâve ever felt lost or confused as a businessman, founder, entrepreneur, or even just a man climbing the career ladder⌠this is exactly what you need right now.
Last week, I did a guidance session with a young CEO who runs a private investigation company.
Heâs only 24 years old and has already built an impressive business. From the outside, it looks like everything is working, heâs talented, driven, and ahead of the curve.
But beneath the surface, heâs struggling with doubt, fear, and anxiety. No matter how many times he reminds himself that things are going well, he still feels restless and unsettled.
Heâs facing a major opportunity right now, and instead of feeling confident, heâs panicking. His mind keeps telling him everythingâs fine, but his body isnât buying it.
During our conversation, I explained to him that fear doesnât live in the mind, it lives in the body. You canât talk your way out of it, and you canât outthink it.
These emotions are deeply unconscious, and the only way to deal with them is to face them directly and allow them to pass through you.
Thatâs why I teach the practice of stillness through silent prayer. When you become still and allow yourself to feel, youâll notice the fear rise.
At first, it may feel like the demons are attacking even more. But the truth is, you begin to see them for what they really are, raw impulses and sensations in the body.
They only have power if you resist or try to suppress them.
If you stay relaxed, breathe deeply, and let the sensations move without reacting, you start to realize you have more control than you think.
I told him that negative emotions are like a wild horse. If you let that horse run wild, it will throw you off and drag you through the mud. But if youâre a calm, trained rider, that same horse can take you somewhere powerful.
Thatâs the essence of self-mastery.
And thatâs exactly what we work on in these guidance sessions.
Every session is focused on helping you tune in, get clear, and find what you need in the moment to overcome limitations and rise above the chaos⌠not just in your business, but in your inner world.
Right now, Iâm offering these calls at a significantly reduced rate, but the price goes up Monday.
My calendar is almost full, and I only have a few spots left. If youâve ever thought about working with me one-on-one, this is your window.
This week I sat down for a guidance call with a professional wrestler.
On stage he was everything youâd expect⌠tough, strong, charismatic. But when it came to his woman, he wasnât that man at all. He was weak, insecure, full of doubts, letting her dictate his moods and behaviors. He was completely under her spell.
The crazy part? On the outside, this man had everything going for him. But on the inside, he felt like a little boy.
As we talked, he realized the truth: since childhood he had struggled to speak up and defend himself against adults and bullies who belittled him. Wrestling gave him an alter ego, but in real life he had been hiding behind âMr. Nice Guy.â And being fake wasnât getting him anything he truly wanted.
By the end of our call, his biggest takeaway was powerful: the wrestler wasnât just his stage persona⌠it was his real self. He committed to stop apologizing and to live as the strong, courageous man he really is.
These are the kinds of conversations that have convinced me to keep doing these guidance calls indefinitely. But Iâve also realized we need more time to go deeper and craft a real plan for execution.
đ Starting in September, my guidance calls will be extended (but with that, the price is going up).
If youâd like to save $200 on a guidance call, now is the time to book.
It has been six months since I started offering 1:1 Guidance Calls.
At first, it was just an experimentâa way to meet the men who have been following my work, to learn more about who is on the other side of the screen.
Since then, I have had the privilege of meeting over 300 of you. You come from different ages, different backgrounds, and different walks of life, but one thing you all share is a deep desire to come home to yourself.
These conversations have been incredibleâeye-opening for me and life-changing for many of you.
But through all these calls, I have realized something important: 50 minutes is simply too short. We make progress, but we do not have enough time to explore your challenges in depth, uncover the root issues, and create a clear plan forward.
That is why, starting September 1, I will be expanding these calls to 90 minutes. This will allow us to go much deeper into your situation and give me the space to deliver the kind of hard-hitting insight or heart-centered guidance you came forâwithout feeling rushed.
With this change, the price will also be increasing.
If you have been thinking about booking a call but have been putting it off, now is the time to act.
You can save $200 by reserving your spot before August 31. After that, the new rate will take effect.

Yesterday I did a guidance call with a top salesman who was in slump, hereâs what we discoveredâŚ
For years, he had been the best in his company.
But earlier this year, he faced some heavy personal setbacks⌠and never fully recovered emotionally.
For the past two months, he hasnât closed a single deal. No sales. No momentum. Nothing.
He was ready to quit, convinced it was time to walk away from sales and start over.
But as we dug deeper, it became clear: It wasnât his skills that had slipped, it was his spirit.
In sales, energy is everything.
People donât just hear your words⌠they feel your presence.
Even if youâre smiling on the outside, they can sense whatâs underneath⌠tension, anger, frustration.
And those emotions?
They repel the very success weâre chasing.
We realized together that it wasnât time for a career change.
It was time to confront the pain⌠and reclaim his peace.
Not an easy path, but a holy one.
Because the truth is: We are sons of God. Peace is our birthright.
And the outer world has no power to steal the joy that lives within.
đď¸ If youâre in a slump right now â maybe itâs not your work that needs fixing. Maybe itâs your heart.
If youâve been dragging your feet about booking a session with me, nowâs the time.
Prices go up in September.
Book your call before the end of August and save $200.
This isnât just about your business, itâs about your being.

From performance to presence (my turning point)
About 8 months ago, I hit a wall.
Externally, everything looked fine.
Internally, I was burning out.
I was winning the game⌠but losing the plot.
Thatâs when I began to shift.
I moved from the world of performance into the world of presence.
From building a brand⌠to becoming a man.
From chasing metrics⌠to seeking meaning.
That shift turned into the soul guidance calls Iâve done with hundreds of men this year.
And now, itâs expanding into something deeper.
But I canât do it alone.
Because Iâm not building another coaching offer.
Iâm opening a sacred space. A container. A gathering of men who feel the same pull.
If youâre one of them⌠I want to hear your story.
If youâve felt the emptiness.
If youâve asked, âWhat is this really all for?â
If youâve secretly longed to escape the hustle and embrace holinessâŚ

Why are so many high-performers quietly suffering?
Over the past six months, Iâve spoken with nearly 500 men on private guidance calls.
Same story, different details.
Theyâre smart. Successful. Driven.
Theyâve got the numbers. The house. The audience. The team.
But when the calendar clears, or the launch ends⌠something catches up to them.
Silence.
Discomfort.
This quiet ache that whispers: âThis canât be it.â
Iâm seeing it everywhere.
In my inbox.
In my YouTube comments.
In my circle of high-level friends and clients.
Thereâs a trend happening.
Entrepreneurs are waking up.
Theyâre realizing that hustle, scaling, and growth-at-all-costs leave something sacred behind.
And no amount of money, metrics, or meditation apps can fill that hole.
Iâm doing some important research on these men.
So, I want to hear from you.
If any part of this feels true, click the link and share your story.
Thereâs no offer, no upsellâjust a desire to understand.
Iâll read every submission personally.
And if it aligns with what Iâm doing, I may reach out to interview you 1-on-1.
