Happy Sunday Everyone! I apologize for not getting a video up this week. Unfortunately, I have been dealing with a POTS flare. (One of multiple chronic illnesses.) It's been frustrating but hopefully it will be over soon! Life happens.
I will explain a bit more in the next video and I have some walking updates and footage to post! Thank you so much for understanding. The new video will come out next week so STAY TUNED! 🦿❤️🫶
