Surviving Together
Surviving Together is a safe space for trauma survivors to connect and find community on their healing journeys, as well as provides education on trauma-related topics for all. Abuse at any age, whether in childhood or as an adult, and in any form can severely affect mental health, often resulting in anxiety, depression, ptsd and/or cptsd. Together, we can learn about how trauma effects our minds and bodies and adopt positive coping skills to help us heal. Additionally, through education we can learn to how to support survivors and prevent trauma-related assaults.

Hey All!!
For this month only Laugh Saturday is moving to Laugh Sunday. I'm simply in too much pain to sit for any length of time.
So join me tomorrow at 3p EDT for a stroll through my childhood memories of what it meant to grow up as a member of Generation X, those born from 1965-1980! From the death spiral that was our merry-go-round to learning to Saturday morning cartoons to riding in the bed of a pick-up truck.........What do you remember??
