Surviving Together
Surviving Together is a safe space for trauma survivors to connect and find community on their healing journeys, as well as provides education on trauma-related topics for all. Abuse at any age, whether in childhood or as an adult, and in any form can severely affect mental health, often resulting in anxiety, depression, ptsd and/or cptsd. Together, we can learn about how trauma effects our minds and bodies and adopt positive coping skills to help us heal. Additionally, through education we can learn to how to support survivors and prevent trauma-related assaults.
