8 years ago I decided to start filming pretty much everything we were doing at our new 50 acre farm we bought.

Now, I think about all the friends we've made, trips, shows, equipment, etc, and it amazes me what that first little video has become. I'm so glad I decided to not only start a YouTube channel, but to stick with it and make it grow.

I've had a BLAST these 8 years and look forward to the future! Thank you all for making it so fun for me to make my videos! I love hitting that upload button!

A couple of days ago I lost one of my most loyal viewers, my grandma.

Both of my grandparents watch all of my videos, and when I'd see grandma at church or her house she would say "I saw you". I always knew that meant she saw me on the TV.

I was blessed to get to FaceTime her just a couple hours before she passed. She asked me about my firewood, we talked about how she didn't want to be at the hospital just like I didn't want to be at work, and I called her an ornery rascal to get her laughing and smiling. The last thing she said to me was "Good luck to you and I hope we see each other soon". Yes we will Grandma. It makes it much easier losing her knowing how much of a devout Christian woman she was!

There will be no video from me this Sunday morning as I will be remembering her and spending time with family.

🎉Happy New Year everyone! Thanks to all of you for an amazing 2025!

I am the happiest I've ever been! We've made so much progress with the YouTube channel, the farm, and the house this past year. Our family is healthy and happy. I have all I ever wanted.

I don't really do resolutions but I do have one goal, and that is to read the Bible more. This isn't an option, it is a must do. I've never cared for reading so this has always been a challenge for me. Once I get started it's easier to get going just like anything else.

I've got some projects planned for this year if Kylie's braces don't cost more than expected 😄. You all make it so much fun to make and share our videos! I hope 2026 is the best year ever for all of you!
