2025 surprised me in the best way! 🥹

I’m so incredibly grateful for YouTube and for this community the Lord has built. When I started my channel, I truly wasn’t expecting much traction at all. I just knew God had placed the message of clean, Christian books on my heart. It isn’t the most popular message in the bookish world, but it was one I felt called to share.

What’s happened since has been such a gift. I’ve met the most wonderful, kind, & faith-filled people! Some of whom I’ve received the privilege to communicate with daily.❤️

The growth of this channel has become a testament that people are craving Jesus in every area of life, even in the smaller things like what we read. Watching this little channel blossom has been one of the biggest surprises of my life, and I’m so thankful for every single one of you who has subscribed, commented, encouraged, and prayed alongside me. 🤍

When we hit 5K (I can’t believe I’m even typing those words), I have the most exciting giveaway planned as a thank you to all of you!! 🤭 I can’t wait to celebrate together 🎉

1.) Merry (early) Christmas! 🎄✝️☺️

My prayer for each of you is that this holiday feels gentle, meaningful, and full of hope. Christmas reminds us of something so profound and beautiful: that Jesus stepped down into humanity as a tiny, vulnerable baby, fully God and fully man, to walk among us and ultimately redeem us. The King of Kings chose humility, closeness, and love… and that truth never gets old. No matter what this year has held for you, His coming is a promise that redemption, light, and restoration are always at work. 🙏✨

2.) Thank you for the overwhelming response to The Salt & Light Reader’s Society and Tea in the Shire! We have over 70 of you participating in reading Lord of the Rings together and I cannot believe it! 😭 I’m SOOO excited. I can already tell how special this community is! 🥹

3.) No video this week as the holidays are busy and I’m not feeling great (stomach bug hit me today😅). I am hoping to make it up with two videos next week, if I can.☺️ Thank you for understanding and for being here 🤍

Hey community! I just wanted to take a moment to share how truly grateful I am for you. Over these last several months on BookTube, you have been such an uplifting and encouraging presence, and I’m constantly in awe of what the Lord has done through this little corner of the internet.

When I started this channel, my heart was set on two things:
1.) Helping make Christian and Clean Fiction more accessible for people who might not know what’s out there (which was me just six months ago!), and
2.) Creating a genuine, life-giving community for book lovers.

I do my very best to reply to every single comment in some way, shape, or form. Life has been a bit crazy this past week, so I’ve fallen behind... but I plan to get caught up Thursday afternoon when I have some time to myself! Please know that I see and read every comment you leave, and they are truly such a joy to my heart and to this little “ministry” God has stirred in me to start.

With that said… I have a super exciting announcement coming in the next few weeks about how I’m planning to “level up” this community God has created so we can connect even more deeply. I am so stoked!

Hey friend! This might sound a little bit silly, but I could really use some prayer. 🙏

I genuinely feel like the enemy does not want me to release tomorrow’s video. I’ve filmed it six different times on multiple devices, and every single time the footage has been lost, corrupted, or tampered with. It’s been so discouraging.

The video is all about 10 journaling prompts to help Christians grow deeper in their walk with the Lord, each one inspired directly by Scripture. These prompts have been so meaningful in shaping my own relationship with Him, and I truly believe they can bless others too - which is why I know it’s important to get this out there.

So even though it may seem small to ask for prayer over a video, I can feel the spiritual resistance. I know the Lord wants this message shared, and I’m determined…. but I’d really appreciate your prayers as I push through this attack. 😅
