We’ve talked a lot about learning to swim.
But what happens when we start talking about what lives underneath the fear?
The hesitation. The anxiety.
The stories we carry in our bodies.
The need to feel safe before we can truly let go.
That’s why I invited Dr. Lyn, Sound Healing Practitioner, and Latavia, LPC, TF, certified in trauma-informed care, to be part of the Back2TheWater™ mission.
And I asked them one question:
WHY DID YOU BOTH SAY YES? Join us for the live discussion where it will be asked and answered!

UPDATE: Wendy and I returned to Thailand for the 1st time since receiving our long-term visas.
Thanks to Amanda & the @SettleinAbroad team for getting us all the way right! Printing the hard copy to present was great advice and we floated 😉 right through immigration with ease.

Honestly, this is the kinda sit I’d use to finish a creative project or just WHOOSAH after finishing one. Cat sits provide maximum flexibility!

I ADMIT IT!!!
I’m a MINIMALIST!
That was liberating. I used to be the queen of all the things. Tons of sleepwear, everyday to sexy but now…
If I do wear something to bed I find myself reaching for one of my 2 bedtime fits. In the morning, we both take a shower so it’s ready again when I am.
Now….Take a moment and reflect on what’s in THAT drawer; just that one.
I bet you reach for a favorite time and again. Breathe deeply, place that piece to the side and grab the next fav. That’s it! Everything else is expendable💯
Kudo for taking a true step towards minimizing for your next journey🫶🏽
