Hallo meine treuen YouTube Schauer!!!

Der Jahres Endspurt hat begonnen, morgen Muss mein Kind wieder zur Schule, Ferien enden auch mal.
Ab jetzt ist es hier in Berlin schlagartig kalt geworden, der starke November Rain, den eine berühmte Band namens "Guns and Roses" mal gesungen hat mich früher immer leicht depri gemacht, das macht alleine schon die graue Bewölkung, die sich im Norden der Erde durchgesetzt hat.
Aber auch dagegen hilft Meditieren, Jawohl jeder kennt den Satz "immer positiv denken".
Beim richtigen Meditieren fühlt man seinen Körper, aber dabei soll man ja an möglichst nichts denken, wer es noch nicht schafft, und es ist nicht einfach dies zu tun, der macht was?
Richtig er sagt sich, beim entspannen, und wenns nur beim Einschlafen ist, beim Meditieren lernen ist es meiner Meinung auch sehr cool, na genau diesen Satz Denk Positiv, oder alle machen mal Fehler, ich bin doch ansonsten gut.
Also, Positive nicht zu viele Sätze, aber das dann solange bis deine Stimmung besser wird also jedes mal einschlafen Selbstsuggestion bettreiben, Denke Positiv, beim Meditieren bitte nur ganz wenig diese Wörter denken, und einfach entspannen und drauf einlassen.
Mal sehen wie gut Eure Dezemberlaune dann wird, oder wie es Euch nach einer Woche regelmäßiger Entspannung mit eigener Suggestion des Positiven Denkens.
