My sweet boyfriend hung up these shelves for my books, and it’s really taken my cozy corner to the next level. This morning, I just sat in here with a cup of coffee and looked at my picture books. #bliss 🌈😍 do you guys have a little space in your house that makes you feel cozy?
Also, it’s worth noting that every video I filmed sitting on the floor in my cozy corner has done really well. 🤷🏽♀️ I think it’s because cozy corner Sam is a lot more chill than desk Sam. Desk Sam is all about getting down to business and we love her for that. 😜

I get so in my head about creating the PERFECT video for you guys. Lately, it’s been debilitating.
I just want to pack so much knowledge, skill and value into every video…
But that perfectionism stops me from actually making said video.
So I’m constantly reminding myself that’s it’s not my job to be perfect and that the only job I do have is to show up, be kind, helpful and just put out good vibes for you.
Speaking of imperfect, my masking fluid did NOT like this brand of watercolor paper and it ripped up my pretty gradient painting underneath. 😢

My last Sketchbook Play Date was so much fun, and it reminded me of how much I love to play with stamps. Now I’m on a stamp art kick and here are a few of my favorite pieces I made so far.
It’s fun to see the evolution.
1. From my simple frog
