Hi, thanks for visiting our channel. We’re Denise & Gary, both originally from the UK but have lived in Australia since 2006. We decided to sell everything, including our home and travel all of Australia, after quitting the 9 to 5.
We will be travelling in our Toyota, 79 Series Land Cruiser and 2021 Jayco Journey Outback Caravan (we originally started with a Mitsubishi Triton).

Our video has landed on our channel, LINK in comments 👇We took our Land Rover Defender on its 1st road trip on a 4WD track through the rainforest which ended up being lots of FUN.
We took both vehicles in a mini convoy, the Landcruiser and the Defender, using our walkie talkies to chat and have a laugh along the way. This was just a little test run while we’re waiting to get the roof conversion for the Defender. We witnessed some incredible scenery in Mapleton National Park, Mapleton Queensland, a fantastic lookout at Point Glorious and despite Mapleton Falls weren’t flowing the view was still incredible. We had a cook up and camped out in a Free spot at Yabbie Creek. This little Overland trip is for us to experience the Land Rover Defender off-road, how it handles, anything we need to change and generally get a feel of what it’s going to be like to drive this Land Rover Defender across the world. ❤️❤️😜👇👇❤️

SNEAK PEEK OF OUR NEXT VIDEO, OUT TOMORROW 3PM (Qld Time)
Our Landcruiser ain’t no show pony…….we use it for what it’s meant for….even if we do make mistakes. Getting down and dirty on the tracks made us use our winch for the first time…..We were saying only a few days ago that we had never used the winch but now we have its worth every penny. NO ONE DROVE ALONG THIS TRACK…NO ONE TO PULL US OUT…. ❤️😉
