Previously, we Showcased Travel Inspiration & Great Destinations as we TRAVELLED AUSTRALIA in our 79 SERIES LANDCRUISER & JAYCO JOURNEY OUTBACK CARAVAN (caravanning Australia), then we ditched the caravan and travelled to some of the most remote places in Australia (including the Tanami & Simpson Desert) with just our Landcruiser and roof top tent. We’re currently prepping for the next challenge which is to start a world tour in our Land Rover Defender, driving across the world from Australia to the UK.

Our next vid on our 4X4 DIY Camper Build on our Land Rover Defender has dropped on our channel (link in comments)…. We continue the internal fit out, trying to make sure everything is going to fit is a challenge on a small vehicle. Gary is problem solving and changing things as he figures out how things are going to work. Gary makes hatches, glues on the marine carpet and starts some more framing out. Denise helps out as chief gopher with painting, oiling and doing errands.
We are making this Land Rover Defender into the Ultimate Global Overland 4X4 camper that we are going to drive across the world.

We continue our DIY project 4X4 camper build by starting the internal fit out in our Land Rover Defender. Gary shows the step by step process of how he is making the seating area and planning of other cabinetry. Slowly we will make this Land Rover into an overland 4x4 camper. This camper will have to be capable for us to live offgrid and hold up to off-roading adventures as we travel Australia and then the world, as we plan to drive this off-road camper from Australia to the UK.
