I used to be so nervous to talk about Jesus and my faith in the workplace and on here bc I didn’t want to sound pushy, preachy or get in trouble. But He really freed me, changed me, kept me, saved me, loved me, and so much more through all that. 🥺
And I read yesterday in NKJV Mark 8:38 - “For whoever is ashamed of Me, and My words in this adulterous and sinful generation, of him the Son of Man also will be ashamed when He comes in the glory of His Father with the holy angels.”
It was the “in this adulterous and sinful generation” for me‼️😩
God is sooo good! 🥹 Happy Resurrection Sunday loves 🙌🏾🥰✝️

Good morning ☀️ new read! 📖 I got this a few years ago for my birthday and am excited to be reading it. I used to listen to Joel almost every day a few years ago - I love his encouraging, soft demeanor and teaching style. But as I grew, I needed teachings with more depth.
I think this picking up this book has reminded me that we’ll have different seasons in life where we really do just need some love and encouragement to connect and reconnect with the Lord and with ourselves. & that’s okay. 💗
This book is seriously a great follow up rn read after my Bible. Cause I’ve been on the flo 🫠😂 sis is tiiii-YERDDD, OK!? 😮💨
