Hello and (belated) happy women’s day!

I had originally planned a video release this week but could not push through with filming today because the neighbors were being too loud and my lighting broke 🥲

There is a special challenge for low to middle-class creators who can’t afford the best setup. I admit I am devastated, probably a little too much as I’ve resigned to the bed and beat myself up.

I’ll try filming again next weekend and hopefully I can share my list of Korean literature novels soon🫰

I just finished The House Across the Lake by Riley Sager and I am supposed to read TJ Kingfisher’s The Twisted Ones soon

BUT I came across this gem and it still fits the overall horror/haunting theme for this month.

A heartfelt sorry to all Encylopaedia of Faeries fans but I will not be finishing the book this week because I simply cannot get into it 😭

Do not get me wrong, it is a great book but I am not in the mood for a whimsy fantasy as of the moment.

Instead, I will be reading All’s Well by Mona Awad!
