oh hey first community post
anyway turns out I FRICKED UP THE GTA 4 HANDLING MOD. The GUI editor I used to alter the data for each car works fine, except several traction specific fields have the wrong labels.
It means that 1) the video on the mod is completely wrong, 2) I'll make a new one, and 3) GTA 4's handling deserves much more credit than I gave it back then.
Expect something new in a few weeks tops
