National Day of Love - Learning Adventures

Thank you to the NSBE and SHPE chapters at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign for celebrating National Day of Love this past March!

These students shared love in their community by volunteering with Canteen Run, an organization that helps the homeless in Champaign, Illinois.

The Banks Foundation, Inc. was grateful to provide these student organizations with volunteer grants to support their community involvement.

Love Awareness Month is a great time to learn about love and do purposeful acts of love. You can take a gift to a neighbor or buy school supplies for your local school. You can volunteer at your local food pantry or create a letter for someone special. Donate books to your local library. There's many ways to give back, but purpose in your heart to show love.
