I am Ms. Madhuri Verma, the Coordinator of Janki Devi Vocational Centre. First, let me tell you how excited I am to welcome you to our institution. Janki Devi Vocational Centre (JDVC), under the aegis of Shri Banarasi Das Chandiwala Sewa Smarak Trust Societies, has been in the service of empowering women for the last four decades.
I have been working with the organisation for the past decade because our beliefs, which are simple yet impactful, align with the same cause: Empowering Women. We believe that quality education and skill development are keys to financial independence and personal & professional growth. Our belief, rooted in our core values, is that equipping women with education and skills will empower them to carve their own paths and leave a meaningful impact on society.
We nurture our students and enhance their skills by organising a diverse range of opportunities and activities such as Fashion shows, Exhibitions, Industry visits, Workshops, networking with the industry experts and accomplished Alumni's in order to foster their entrepreneurial skills. Not only do we believe in nurturing the students professionally, but we also focus on their overall development by providing them with opportunities to participate in cultural events and various other projects. Our goal is to make our students versatile and equip them with the skills and experiences necessary to succeed in their chosen careers and make a positive impact on society. Additionally, we offer mentorship programmes and internships to give our students hands-on training experience and real-world exposure, which will help them grow as individuals.
