GUYS!

I know it's been too long. Every HW episode I watch, I feel this longing in my heart to talk to you all and read your insightful, hilarious comments. And the cities we have right now are SO FANTASTIC I simply cannot stand this break anymore. Karen Huger denial and bodycam footage?? Omg what. Real Housewives of DORIT?! Her breakout season. Angie K and the new one with the Osmond? Our new Braunwyn? Mary Cosby and my crying at all her scenes with her son. Single PK? Ashley Darby's singing performance? HIGH BODY COUNT HAIR. Honestly it's all I think about.

But here is the dilemma (maybe you can help): I currently have no time to edit. I just had (another) baby a couple months ago, work is very busy, mom life is very busy, so right now is just one of those seasons. HOWEVER - if I didn't have to edit and could just get on here live, I could probably do weekly breakdowns again. BUT I know edited videos have a different feel, and maybe I'm more of an edited-video-personality lol. See the dilemma.

SO. Let me know your thoughts in the poll - should I do some lives in the new year so we can keep up with all of the fun (for example, the latest dinner scene on RHOBH omg an editor's dream), OR should I just wait this out until I have a little more time to edit videos like I used to upload? There's obviously a third option where I do nothing but I'm not putting that in the poll, will only choose that if no one comments/votes haha.

It’s been a couple weeks since I posted a video, so I wanted to give an update!

I started this channel exactly one year ago and I had no idea where it would go, but it had been a dream of mine for so long that I had to try it. One year later, I have WAY more subscribers than I ever imagined haha, and I have gotten to know and love all of you geniuses. I can’t believe how nice and hilarious you all are.

I started the channel while I was pregnant and now that the baby is out of the newborn phase, I’m getting back to my business, which is busier than ever. Combined with the 4 young kiddos, I simply don’t have the hours in the day to continue creating videos weekly for the channel. 😭 my goal was never to become a YouTuber lol, I just wanted to have fun, and the time crunch is making it hard.

My goal is to cover future scenes that we simply can’t ignore (I’m looking at you VPR reunion and maybe even some RHOC) but for now I’m signing off! Quitting while I’m ahead, while you guys still like me Haha. I’m kidding but we all know how people on YouTube become monsters 😂😂

Never stop noticing music, transitions, sound effects, reaction shots, flashbacks, quick cuts, and all the rest we had so much fun discussing here. And any time you feel like the new seasons are “playing at” being housewives, just watch some old seasons of RHONY or RHONJ and feel whole again!! I really love you guys and I will see you soon!

I just finished the Potomac reunion part 2 tonight and I LOVED it, I think next week is going to be so 🔥 BUT

I can’t stop thinking about Vanderpump 😭 I want to cover the scene with Raquel, Katie, and Lala at girls night so bad but my channel is not the VPR Edit!! Haha

Like probably all of you I have been away from the Sur gang for a few seasons now but I’m BACK and so in it right now! Would you all be open to a little VPR edit? Or should I just stick to our beloved ladies?

(I know I asked this question a while back but I need an update on the numbers now that we’re in the season!)

RHONJ videos coming in the next few days!

So much to discuss! 😅 I have always been a huge fan of the New Jersey editing — they don’t try to do too much (probably because they have a lot to work with lol) and they leave in many small character building moments. I think they are one of the best at getting us really invested in the characters.

I’m optimistic about this season but also worried the Tre/Melissa/Joe stuff will drag, we will have too much of the men (I love them! Just not too much on my HWs) and there are two cast members that I’m not crazy about - one is new and one has been around for awhile 🙃🙃 we will talk about it all in the videos and hopefully I will go live next week!

How do you feel about the new RHONJ season?

Guys this Robyn Dixon situation really has me feeling all the emotions!! 🙄😵‍💫😐😡🫠

I think it has much bigger implications to our beloved Real Housewives franchise, and the storytelling and editing, and I can’t wait to discuss it all with you in my L I V E coming up on Thurs 2/9 at 11A PST. Let’s talk editing on the RHOP finale, some RHOSLC moments, and this whole Robyn thing.

I have a new live set up and I’m really hoping it all works! 😅 If it doesn’t I will just shoot the video and edit/post it later haha.

Ok WOW I finally watched the Salt Lake City finale and I’m just…in shock lol.

They literally ended the season in the middle of the episode, cutting out the Danna/Jen moment we were all waiting for, and then gave us 25 minutes of Heather and Meredith talking about what we actually wanted to see the entire season!! 😅😅😅 wowowow these are what we call creative choices haha.

Anyway. I’m confused and not really holding my breath for the reunion, but I AM intrigued by the new VPR trailer!! I was an OG watcher and fell off these last couple seasons, like the rest of the world, but I think I might be in for this one. What about all of you? Should I do bonus breakdowns of Vanderpump every once and awhile, or just stick to the premise of my channel 🥰

I’m about to cook and clean and make it nice but I just wanted to let you all know you have made my year so bright by showing up and indulging/supporting/enabling me and my two obsessions 🥹

I’m just a mom with a small business, and starting this random YouTube channel was something I have wanted to do for years. One day, a few months ago, I woke up and was just like - why aren’t you doing this? Life is short, it could be so fun, and it’s not for anyone else but you. That day I gave the kids the iPads, created the channel 😂 I haven’t looked back!

I guess I say all of this because if there is something you have been wanting to do, just do it ❤️ no matter how random it is, if it makes you happy and isn’t hurting anyone, consider it a form of self care to make it happen for yourself. You deserve it and the world needs you!
