We are musical theater writers Kait Kerrigan (she/her) and Bree Lowdermilk (she/her or they/them) and this is our official youtube channel. You might know us from our songs "Run Away With Me," "Say the Word," or "My Party Dress" or from our shows THE UNAUTHORIZED AUTOBIOGRAPHY OF SAMANTHA BROWN or TALES FROM THE BAD YEARS. We made our off-Broadway debut in 2006 with our adaptation of HENRY & MUDGE. Our upcoming shows include THE BAD YEARS, REPUBLIC and UNBOUND. Between the two of us, we've received the Larson Award, Dramatists Guild Fellowship, Kleban Award and Rodgers Award. Beauties!!! THEATREWORKS is raising money for their incredible organization. They do so much to help young writers and actors. They gave us our first job in theater. We wrote this show and these Broadway luminaries (including next-to-be Alexander Hamilton Miguel Cervantes) helped us develop this show when we were all just babies. Watch and donate if you can!

11 years ago, we ended a crazy MT experiment where we wrote new songs based on the blogs of two college freshmen. We put THE ENTIRE PROCESS in the blog. It was epic and exhausting and exhilarating. It transformed us as writers. And then we made this dumb, ridiculous amazing video. #babypictures
