@islandspiritt is stepping out of the bottle and onto the plate. We’re teaming up with Rotisserie Hut for our FIRST Island Spiritt Collaborative Pop-Up, and we’re bringing some serious flavour with us.
📍 Rotisserie Hut16 Mooneram Street, St. James 📅 Friday 2nd October⏰ From 5 PM Choose your protein: 🐖 BBQ PigtailServed with fries + fresh salad 🐟 Grilled King FishServed with fries + fresh salad 💰 $100 TTD per serving Payment on collection-CASH ONLYOne protein per serving.
Our Pimento Sauce will be used to season both proteins, while also making its way into the signature condiments created especially for the night.
This is the first of what we hope will be many Island Spiritt collaborations with food entities, bars and venues here in Trinidad & Tobago and around the world, taking the Spiritt into new spaces and creating experiences around flavour, culture and community.
Trini Nicksy is bringing her flavours to Woodbrook Yard! 🇹🇹🔥
Her current pop-up blends Trinbago flavours with Middle Eastern influences, with a menu featuring seafood wanchos, the Trinbago Roll, Arabic pies, a mini mezza platter, Arabic coffee and more.
The pop-up is running until the first week of October, so there’s still time to check it out.
