I'll be visiting Dana Point, California this September, and I would love to gather with our Southern California Love Train community—and anyone within driving distance—for an intimate two-day Mini-Retreat by the ocean.

There is something incredibly powerful about coming together in person. The ocean has a beautiful way of helping us soften, become present, and reconnect with what matters most.

Together we'll spend two mornings immersed in embodiment practices, Heart Coherence, guided activations, meaningful conversation, and simply enjoying being together in a beautiful natural setting.

Ascension Guidance & Schumann Resonance Update | 3 Timeline Jumps | Lion's Gate Is Delivering!

The Lion's Gate Portal is in full motion, and the Schumann Resonance continues to reflect an extraordinary period of energetic activity.

In today's update, we'll take a closer look at Tuesday's graph, where the first of three recent timeline jumps occurred.

Following that jump, the graph became very quiet as massive curtains of high-frequency Light moved through the collective field both before and after the shift. These periods of quietness are often seen when the incoming frequencies are so strong that our energetic systems temporarily move into integration.

Then, overnight from Tuesday into Wednesday, we experienced two additional timeline jumps, approximately eight hours apart, as another series of energetic shifts unfolded.

And last night, from Wednesday into Thursday, yet another beautiful curtain of high-frequency Light streamed onto the planet, continuing to support the acceleration of consciousness that so many are feeling right now.

Altogether, we've experienced three timeline jumps since Tuesday.

One of the most important reminders during this phase of ascension is this:

Stillness is the access point to acceleration.

The more we quiet the mind, call our Higher Self fully into the body, and enter heart coherence, the more naturally we phase-lock with the higher frequencies now available to us.
