I'm excited to share something very special!

I'll be visiting Dana Point, California this September, and I would love to gather with our Southern California Love Train community—and anyone within driving distance—for an intimate two-day Mini-Retreat by the ocean.

There is something incredibly powerful about coming together in person. The ocean has a beautiful way of helping us soften, become present, and reconnect with what matters most.

Together we'll spend two mornings immersed in embodiment practices, Heart Coherence, guided activations, meaningful conversation, and simply enjoying being together in a beautiful natural setting.

During our time together we'll experience:

Friday, September 18
Approximately 5 hours together at a beautiful beach location in Dana Point. You will participate in FOCUS Group (off camera). We will also go to the beach for live activations and grid work.

Friday Evening
We'll gather for a casual group dinner at a local restaurant where we can relax, laugh, and enjoy spending time together. (Dinner is optional; each guest will purchase their own meal.)

Saturday, September 19
Another beautiful 5-hour gathering by the ocean as we continue integrating, expanding, and embodying these teachings together. This day includes live participation in the Group Ascension MasterClass. During and after the class you will receive 1:1 guidance on any challenges. This day will also contain live activations and gridwork.

Where Has an Experience Become an Identity?
Think about recurring challenges in your life.
Have any of these become part of how you define yourself?
I always struggle with money.
Relationships never work for me.
People always leave me.
Nobody understands me.
I have to do everything myself.
Nothing comes easily for me.
I never know what to do.
I can't trust myself.
I'm bad with money.
I'm too sensitive.
I'm not disciplined enough.
I'm not spiritual enough.
I'm too old.
I'm too late.
I'm not ready.
Choose one statement that carries energy for you.
Now ask:
Did I just describe an experience—or did I describe who I believe I AM?
That distinction matters.
An experience can complete.
But when the experience becomes Identity, you continue carrying its frequency into the field.See yourself in a bubble with this phrase circling around your head, the phrase is inside the bubble with you, “I always struggle with money.” Notice how trapped you feel and notice that you have absolute certainty about it. You're human thinks that you have to break out of this bubble because everything you want is “out there.” Notice how this recurring experience keeps you small and also notice that your certainty about it broadcasts hopelessness.
You are describing an experience, not an identity! An experience can complete but when the experience becomes identity, you are broadcasting a distorted signal rather than your organic frequency. Your organic frequency is the frequency of your higher self and of your source.
You don't have to break out, you really want to break in as your Higher Self. When you allow your Higher Self in, you allow expansion, you create space, and do you experience freedom, truth, and creation. It already exists for you in your creative realm. It is about allowing and receiving, not fighting to go and retrieve.

We are currently moving through what feels like a void between the Solar Eclipse and the upcoming Lunar Eclipse—a space of deep integration, reorganization, and transformation.

The Solar Eclipse energies continue to illuminate density, bringing old patterns, emotions, beliefs, and scared fractals of Self to the surface so they can be seen without judgment and lovingly reintegrated.

We are currently moving through the powerful space between the Solar and Lunar Eclipses, and another reorganization of energies is underway.

Lower Chakra Density Is Dissolving

There is a particular emphasis on the lower chakras, where density is continuing to dissolve.

Old fears.

Become still when your body asks for stillness.

You may find yourself naturally beginning to lock into your own circadian rhythm rather than organizing every moment around the clock.

And if your body is telling you to rest...

Allow your body to rest.

Your body has not failed you.

Listen to it.

Honor it.

Allow it to participate in this reorganization without judgment.

There is nothing you need to force.

Today's Schumann shows an influx of high-frequency Light arriving during the middle of the night, after a few days of spikes of light, mixed with release and integration.

We are also still moving through the powerful energetic effects of the Solar Eclipse passage.

Eclipse energies amplify our choices and our focus. What we are broadcasting through our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, expectations, and attention becomes increasingly important during these passages.

Whatever you are focusing upon, you are feeding with your energy.

Pay attention to what your Inner Being is broadcasting.
