“We all have the ability, from an aligned and embodied state, to call into the body light and energy as needed. There is no shortage, there is no depletion. There IS oscillation. We were not built to be in constant acceleration. We are built to tap into our organic natural rhythm. The body's natural rhythm is inhale, exhale, effort, rest, hunger, satisfaction. This high-frequency light allows for powerful grounding, so notice if you are able to expand the light from your heart. Let go of external action for now and come to center, restore the natural rhythm and just feel for the alignment. Use your light to stabilize, use your light to radiate, and allow the light to fully flow to you, through you and all around you. From a fully aligned state you can feel for inspiration, impulse, and intuition, it is then in that "Now" moment that you take action and then rest, practice your rhythm in this way.
