Overnight and into this morning, we have moved back into a purge + integration pattern, with targeted high-frequency light activity in the upper chakras. Many are feeling this physically already — especially those receiving the 3i Atlas upgrades and activations.

Sensations may include pressure in the head or crown, waves through the nervous system, emotional release, fatigue, or moments of heightened clarity.

Nothing is wrong.

How much is your past still influencing your now?

Everything that is coming forward during this time are wounded, scared parts of you approaching to say “goodbye.”
Are you honoring them… or pushing them away?

Lastly, Spirit wants to speak about the energy of receiving.

Many are seeking abundance.
Many are seeking wellness.
But at the same time, many are denying themselves love.

You may feel uncomfortable receiving assistance, guidance, help, or love.

The very things you wish to RECEIVE require that you be in alignment with receiving.

It is time to trust your heart and release the distortion of the 3rd dimension that taught you not to trust it.

In unconscious 3D distortion, you gave away your power and your energy — and then blamed your heart.

The truth is, relationships in the 3rd dimension were based on like energy attracting like energy.
When you were broadcasting wounded energy, you matched with another wounded being — and then asked, “Why did this happen?”

You are not, and will never be, judged for this.
But now is the time to see it clearly.

Your heart did not betray you.

You are here to release the distortion.
It is time to trust your heart again — from consciousness, not fear.

If you do not trust your heart, that lens is fear-based.

You unconsciously gave your heart away.
