There is quite a bit moving through the field today. The Schumann Resonance graph is showing what I interpret as precise purging through the upper chakras, Solar Plexus, and Heart chakras.

Personally, I’ve been feeling a persistent pressure in my melon today (that’s what I call my head)—not severe, just noticeable —along with heat moving through the body. There is a lot integrating, so continue listening to your body, resting when called, and allowing the energy to move.

At the same time, my guides have been bringing through some incredibly clear “big picture” teachings. It feels as though we’re being shown a broader perspective and how so many of the teachings and experiences we’ve been moving through are beginning to connect.

The Schumann Resonance graph came back online over the weekend after an outage, and we're seeing quite a bit of precise purging moving through the different chakras.

Many of you may also be feeling what I would call a Full Moon energetic hangover after the powerful Harvest Moon energies. Fatigue, a desire for extra rest, or simply feeling like your body needs additional integration time may be showing up. As always, listen to your body and follow your own Inner guidance; physical symptoms can have many causes and don't need to be assumed to be energetic.

There is a lot moving through the field right now as we continue releasing the familiar broadcasts and scared fractals that were created while operating within the old trauma-informed structures.

I received a download from Spirit that was quite eye-opening—even for me!

We're going to explore something most people don't even realize they're doing throughout the day and how it can unconsciously keep their attention focused upon the very reality they're wanting to change.

There is no judgment and nothing you should do.

We're simply learning to ask:

Is there energy here NOW?

If there is—enjoy it!

And if the energy has completed, perhaps you can receive the harvest of that experience and allow yourself to become available for something new.

Because space isn't lack. Space is availability.

During our ceremony, we'll explore some powerful questions:

✨ What would I finally allow myself to receive?

Yesterday we experienced consistent Light coming into the field, with almost equal parts release.

We are continuing to disconnect from the old structures that were trauma-informed—structures that operated through fear, survival, protection, control and familiar patterns that are no longer energetically supported.

As more Light comes in, we are being invited to allow what has completed to release while remaining open to what is arriving.

Some of you may be experiencing sensations such as:

✨ Pressure or energy around the head
✨ Broken or interrupted sleep
✨ Moments of disorientation or feeling temporarily ungrounded
✨ A need for additional rest or stillness
✨ Feeling as though something is shifting even when you can't quite identify what it is

This is a special process that my guides gave me a couple of weeks ago, and it was shared in FOCUS Group. I had an impulse to share it here as well. Many of you are integrating scared fractals'/parts. This can't be done from the human mind, you must feel your Higher Self fully within, which puts you in your heart space.
If there is a scared part looping and you can't quiet your mind, please do this step first, and only this step. You don't need to rush into integrating the scared part, quieting the mind is the priority. Once you have comfortably established peace in your mind, you will be able to fully call in your Higher Self.

But what if we stopped focusing exclusively on what is leaving and became curious about what all of this newly available space is making possible?

What if there are higher available timelines that your physical senses simply cannot perceive yet?

And what if something wonderful is already moving toward physical expression?

Before we enter the activation, we'll explore a few questions:

Can I remain centered in my Heart while the exterior changes?

Can I maintain my own state of safety and Inner Authority?

Can I trust what I know before I can see it?

Can I allow an old reality to complete without abandoning myself as it changes?

And then:

Am I willing to become available to something wonderful that my human mind hasn't even considered yet?

✨ At exactly 5:05 PM PDT, we enter The Equinox Portal.

We'll begin by calling our Higher Selves fully into our bodies and entering zero point within the Heart—the stillness where we aren't pushing against what has been or reaching forward trying to make something happen.

Nothing to chase.

Nothing to prove.

Nothing to figure out.

From this Heart-centered stillness, we'll connect with Gaia and then allow our consciousness to expand beyond the limitations of what our physical senses currently show us and into the cosmos—the realm of pure potential and infinite possibility.

And then...

we won't ask the human mind to choose what happens next.

We won't decide what our higher timeline should look like.

We'll simply observe.

What feeling, essence, image or idea presents itself?

Maybe you see something.

Maybe you feel something.

Maybe an idea suddenly appears.

Maybe you simply know.

And maybe the Universe surprises you.

Whatever presents itself, we'll allow its essence to move from the field of possibility into the Heart, the body and our physical experience.

Because perhaps the question isn't:

“How do I create the reality I want?”

Perhaps it's:

“What wonderful possibility is already available—and am I available to receive it?”

You don't need to figure out the bridge between here and there.

Your Higher Self knows.

The ingredients of Creation are already being tended to and adored by Source. The Universe is responding. Cooperative components are gathering, and the breadcrumbs can reveal themselves according to your readiness to receive them.

Something wonderful wants to come into your physical reality.

The graph continues to reflect what many of us are experiencing energetically: another timeline jump accompanied by more deep dissolution.

More of the structures that were created through fear, separation and distortion are becoming increasingly difficult to carry forward.

And as these structures dissolve, the energy held within them may surface.

Fear may surface.

Old memories may surface.

A scared part may suddenly become very loud.

An old reaction you thought was gone may appear again.

But perhaps its appearance doesn’t mean you’re moving backward.

Perhaps it is appearing because there is finally enough Light present for it to be loved and integrated!

So today I want you to notice:

Are you loving and integrating the scared parts that are surfacing... or are you allowing those scared parts to scare you even more?

When fear appears, we don’t have to follow it into another story.

Call your Higher Self fully into your body.

Come back into the heart and become still.

And from that aligned space, allow the scared part to come forward—not to be rejected, fixed or sent away, but to be embraced in your pure Source Love and Light.

There is a very different experience available when we stop allowing fear to lead us and instead become the loving presence that fear has been seeking.
