Boundaries don’t require announcements or explanations. Sometimes the strongest growth happens in silence—less sharing, less reacting, more observing. Peace often comes when we stop trying to maintain connections that no longer match our season.

Not everyone is meant to walk with us forever, and that’s okay. We can wish people well without giving them full access to our time, energy, or future.

Growth is quiet. Alignment is everything.
And choosing yourself is not selfish—it’s necessary.

Heavenly Father,
