Recently released from the Eastern Idaho Critical Incident Task Force and Idaho Attorney General's Office have determined the 4 Pocatello City Police officers will not face criminal charges. Attorney General Raúl Labrador's office stated that it could not prove "beyond a reasonable doubt" that the officers committed a crime and found that their use of force was justified under Idaho law. Idaho law states that any&all police in Idaho are not required to use any form of non leathal methods or other provided resources before they can legally beginning shooting.
