🎯 **WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

🔹 Communicating directly with buyers and following up on orders.
🔹 Managing product development from initial inquiry to final order execution.
🔹 Sourcing the right factories, suppliers, fabrics, trims, and accessories.
🔹 Preparing competitive costing and quotations.
🔹 Negotiating prices with suppliers and factories.
🔹 Coordinating sample development, approvals, and necessary revisions.
🔹 Following up on fabric, trims, accessories, production, quality, and shipment.
🔹 Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, factories, and suppliers.
🔹 Ensuring every order is delivered **on time, with the right quality and target price.**

🔍 **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

✅ **7–8 years of experience** in Garments Merchandising / Buying House
✅ Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in **Denim**
✅ Excellent **sourcing capability** with a strong factory & supplier network
✅ Good understanding of **Garment Costing & Price Negotiation**
✅ Strong **Buyer, Factory & Supplier Communication** skills
✅ Excellent follow-up, coordination & problem-solving ability
✅ Good command of **written and spoken English**
✅ Proficient in **MS Excel & other MS Office applications**
✅ Able to work independently and perform under tight deadlines
✅ Proactive, commercially minded, and result-oriented
