Thought I would share a glimpse into a day in our family’s life in Tanzania, with the community. ❤️✊🏾

After teaching the students a public speaking lesson, wifey taught them how to make a body scrub using all natural, organic kitchen ingredients that most people already have in their homes. They used organic rice powder (flour), rose powder, oil, molasses, honey, & sugar.

They then gave themselves pedicures & face scrubs. They loved it!

It’s a blessing to be in the motherland and my children are also having a blast and taking swimming lessons. Many black children weren’t taught how to swim from a young age.

I thank God for the ability to break these generational curses 🙏🏾. Mama Africa has been good to us. 🌞🌍
