many of us have an uncomfortable or painful relationship with ourselves. sometimes it's easier to project the love you feel onto someone you haven't picked apart and judged so thoroughly.

but real love comes from understanding and abundance not idealization. so the cliche is true that you can only love someone (as their true self) as deeply as you've learned to love and accept all parts of yourself. the anger and frustration and disappointment we feel towards ourselves will inevitably emerge in the people and world around us, and we can choose to go on blaming the world or heal and accept.

anyway I love yall so u should too 😭❤️ can't wait to share this song.
